medyo mahirap talaga ang walang garahe... noong wala pa ako talagang walang peace of mind.
meron akong nadadaanan malapit dito sa amin na very inconsiderate kung magpark sa harap ng bahay nila. akala mo kanila yung public road at both side pa ang ginagawa pag park dahil ang dami nilang sasakyan.

FYI lang din, most banks frown upon auto loan applicants who do not have their own garage.

Bro.,- is this true?

I can understand it, but is this an inherent part of their credit investigation? Is there a field/query to answer in the application form whether you will have a roof over the vehicle or not?

Yup, there is a field on the credit investigation report asking prospective auto loan applicants if they have a garage. Credit evaluation also uses this info to determine whether to grant applicants a car loan. Having no garage means leaving your car exposed to the elements and to possible theft which in turn would affect the bank's collateral in the event of default.

[SIZE=3]ako din sa labas lng nakapark sasakyan ko...pero we do have a garage na kasya isang sasakyan kaso the prob. is nasa garahe ksi ung great dane na aso ko...sa laki nya eh malaking space na agad naoccupy nya sa garahe at pag pinasok ko naman sa garahe ung auto ko....baka ung aso ko nman ang magtrip sa sasakyan...ksi abot nya ung auto pag nasa loob ng garahe.
