May drainage yan sir sa ilalim at tama si sir dr.d driveway po yan magkatapat yong unit nasa labas pa yong street..ganito itsura

Para syang compound. Problematic nga talaga yan pag may inconsiderate na kapitbahay.

Developers these days really try to cram in as many living spaces as possible in a small patch of land. Lots that used to be just enough for a single house or duplex are now being used for 3- to 4-unit townhouses. At minsan may units pa sa likuran.

Sadly that's the case with a lot of those pocket developments: 1 car garage with barely any driveway space.

I have a similar dilemma in the second parking slot at my abode (condo). The exhaust duct from the lower basement level runs through the back of our slot (against the wall) so I lose maybe 1-2 feet. Because of this, long vehicles such as my pickup cannot use the slot without inconveniencing others. In this case, i have to be mindful with our second car purchase which will be parked in that spot.

Bakit yung kapitbahay lang ang bwiset? Eh siguro nabwiset yung kapitbahay niya sa TS kasi nakausli ang nguso ng sasakyan niya at nahihirapan nga pumasok at lumabas sa garahe nila.
