Ngayon lang, but not me. Problem now is her drivers licence is expired. Nasa police staation na daw sila ngayon. Ano dapat nya gawin? Wala ako mai-advice. Please help.

    Jailtime. Call a lawyer.

Not sure but insurance wont shoulder cost of car repair....

    - drunk driving

    - expired license.

She's here now at the office.

Swerte siya the officer cut her some slack.

It's her fault. The 3rd car was able to stop yet she wasn't. Parating at fault yung bumangga sa likod. The assumption is you should have kept enough distance to brake even when the car ahead does a sudden stop.

don't bribe the investigators. things have a way of surfacing...
even if she manages to renew her license asap, a short but dutiful investigation will show that her license was expired at the time of the accident. because that's the first thing i would ask, if i were the investigator.
and yes, if she bumps a car from behind, she is the default at fault, unless she can show that the car backed up on her..
put it this way... tatlo silang may kasalanan, because they all were following too closely.. yung nasa unahan lang ang walang kasalanan siguro.
and without a valid license, she is at the mercy of the insurance guys.. but she probably has to answer only to the car in front of her..

May bumangga sakin dati, NO LICENSE. My kuya said not to bother anymore since kup*l yung bumangga sakin and the damage was less than 5k. It's not worth the headache daw.

Is it possible for her to just pay the participation sa car na binangga niya?

Hit and run.
