    Medyo for debate ang word flopped eh. Its either palpak ang sales or di tumagal ang line.

    Examples nga na palpak ang sales would be yun Veracruz nga or Pilot. However that did not result to the closure of Hyundai and Honda. While the Daewoo brand shut down despite of their Racer and Espero sold more than the Veracruz or Pilot. Even Proton had some sales with the Wira, but did not sustain it (Wikipedia said they only sold one, but I knew of 3 owners.).

    For me, Peugeot takes the cake. Very dismal sales lead to the closure of the dealership. Renault had a better history here in the Philippines than the Peugeot.

    How about the Toyota Hilux FX... I think its also a flop... Business users still buy L300 and Isuzu IPV...

    Don't forget the Proton. This was the Malaysian brand na partner ng Mitsubishi. Their showroom was in Edsa na katabi ng Alfa Romeo before.

    That might be true for the SOUL 2.0L but it seems the lower priced Kia Soul 1.6L might make it a better seller. With 121hp from it's 1.6L engine, its definitely not under-powered as I earlier suspected.

    I don't think the Stanza was a flop. Dami ko nakikita sa daan dati.
    Naging prize pa yan ng isang major brand ( I think Nestle?) sa promo nila.
