    No.

parang nagiging lagay nga yung tip eh. Yung uncle ni misis nag bigay ng tip para ma release kagad yung plates niya at or cr. So parang nangyayari tuloy lugi yung mga hindi nagtitip kasi na bybypass ng mga nag titip.

And i agree. Trabaho nila magbenta eh. So no need to give tip. Parang yung sa company namin. Walang incentive yung hr pag nakapag pasok sila ng employee kasi trabaho nila yun.. Pero yung hindi tiga hr meron. Hehe

And yun nga. Nakikipag haggle ka ng sagaran tapos mag titip ka din pala. Hehe. Minsan dahil lang sa payong nagkakatalo pa eh. Haha.

I didn't give any extra (as in zilch, nada) when I got my car. Unit was delivered for free (well, they did use up what was supposed to be the free gas) right to our house. Naasikaso naman in reasonable time yung or/cr, plates, freebies, and the oem armrest that was installed later. Looking back, I probably should have given something.

If ever I get to purchase another vehicle, I will probably give something else of value instead of outright cash.

    I don't and I don't think they're expecting any.

It's also quite common for many organizations to have a corporate policy against receiving 'gifts' from customers, tips included.

2k commission per sale? So you need yo sell 1 car a day Para makabuhay ng disenteng pamilya? Do they have daily wages pa or pure commission lang ang kita?

yes, they still have wages(allowance)let me clarify, that 2k is the minimum, usually given if the sale has a big discount(promo), to offset this, they bulk of their salary is from the in-house financing or referrals from their affiliated banks....if the sale is cash or loan is from your own bank, plus there basag presyo yung dealership at that time, 2k talaga kikitain ng agent...

You'd be surprised at how much the good sales rep earn from loan and insurance commisions ... the lazy ones ... well ... they get peanuts ... A used car sales man earns more than dealer SAs ...

Tipping monetarily is different. Just my opinion.

Id give the agent 2 tickets to a buffet in a heartbeat.
in some cultures, tipping for a job well done, would be akin to an insult.
