No offense meant to the GT-R owner. Pero his house is not proportionate to his car... I would expect someone like that to live in a nice mansion in a gated village and not a town house... Again no offense. By the way ang cute ng picture. The innocent Yaris and the powerful GT-R!

Well if you think a six-bedroom house is small. Anyway he changes cars often, probably related to his work. I saw a Toyota MR2 Spyder I think and M3 parked there some months ago.

Kung ako siguro E Guard nalang yung highest level pero nagulat ako tinanong ko sa CATS P20 to P25 Million daw eh sa US mga $130K. Parang mali ata estimate nila, e yung SLS AMG nga P18 to P23 Million. Kelan kukuha uncle mo para makita namen pictures? O sya na yung umorder nung idedeliver this month?

I thought the same too. There's a duplex near my house and I always see nice brand new vehicles (benz, lexus suv and camry) there parked at ungodly hours until early morning. A flight attendant lives there daw :naughty2:

Sir, are you wroking at CATS po ba?? Maybe the SLS daw po or the Maserati GT yata next in line niya. Binalik niya Panamera niya sa PGA kasi dami defects.. Audi R8 V10 pinalit ng PGA :-(

I read recently of a flight attendant whose car's trunk was opened and various items were stolen worth around 500k. A lot of FA's have sideline of buying imported goods and selling it here at less than mall prices. They can make big money specially if they bought it on sale.

Anyway, back to topic. A lot of our neighbors have high end cars; there's a Jaguar; BMWs; 2 Lincoln Navigators and Mercs parked here. Maybe they just prefer a townhouse. There is more peace of mind with neighbors; security and maintenance costs less since it's shared by the homeowners.

unused swimming pools with green water

they own ordinary cars

nothing fancy

^^Yup lots of really BIG houses in New Manila. Some even occupy a block. Some selling their lots for residential projects. Anyway, some just need a fancy car for their line or work or image. Doesn't matter to me as long as a car takes you from A to B. In the end even if someone has a Ferrari he can still get in traffic just like the rest of us...he just does it in style which maybe all that matters to him.
