Based on the 6..... The commercials sure made the CX7 look smaller. Anyway, the Ford and Lincoln sisters don't quite have the appeal of the Mazda version. But, if they'll have the same top-end 244hp turbo 4, the looks can be forgiven....

Kudos to Ford. for finally coming up with the much needed Power Upgrade to their V6line up. 265hp is pretty good (after all hp still sells) and its mated to the 6speed AT (about 5-6% better fuel eff. than 4speeders). so maybe this engine will see its way to the CX-9 then.

Its an all-new 10th gen Corolla, not a facelift of the current 9th gen.
Wait for larger photos(it might be launched as early as October in Japan), although styling looks evolutionary, the proportions seem better.

The Duratec35 V6 is also used in the new 7-seater Mazda CX-9, which by the way is even longer than the 5-seater Ford Edge and Lincoln MKX.
