Any body experience to drive 180km/h or more

tingin ko din, sa NLEX talaga magandang testingin ang top speed ng auto.

todo buwelo, inabot din ng Optra ang 180, pwede pa sanang ihataw pa
kaso nabibingi na sa ingay ng muffler.

bakit kase di na lang gayahin yung sa Autobahn...na meron lang for 150-200, lane for 100 and below speeds, and lastly, lane for 200kph....and of course, abort na yung speed limit since pare-parehong speed naman ang nasa same lane.

violators na lang ang dapat hulihin yung mga nasa lane tapos di sumusunod sa designated speed ng lane na yun.

asa 7gSS (galant) ko,. pauwi ako, dos-bente sa star tollway last year,.. kakatakot nga lang, parang di na kumakapit yung gulong sa daan,..stock wheels, old tires pa!..sarap naman ng feeling kasi wala halos dumadaan at that time. Unfortunately, the rating of those tires is only 88H, w/c is only up to 210kph only,.. pero nakayanan naman, buti di mga nagsisabog,.. thank GOD men!

Mazda Tribute 2.3 At only one month old 2000km on odometer! at the skyway when i try to catch GT i push my Tribute to 180km/h but i just can get the picture when the GT slow down before tollgate hehe!!!

I think I did 180 on an almost stock 94 Galant SS back in '99, and the same on a 93 Corona swapped with a 3S-GE. The 97 Corolla and 98 Corolla doesn't feel so good past 150. These are mostly done on trips from Lucena to Manila or back.

205km/hr sa Optra ko. NLEX din. Dun lang talaga makaabot ng ganung bilis para saken. Sa SLEX kasi hanggang 170km/hr lang, may pagkakitid pa kasi ang daan at andami lagi sasakyan kahit madaling araw na.

yup, NVH insulation, and suspension play an important part on how the vehicle feels during high speeds, kaya walang kwenta mag 240kph sa evo, bmw, merc o porsche, ive tried 75kph on a mtbike and its a hell lot scarier than going 180kph on a car, 30kph on a downhill racetrack is even scarier than my 75kph, ill bet you guys doing more than 200kph on stable vehicle wont get past 15kph on a technical singletrack with a mtbike

My Dad drove 140 Km/h sa Skyway using the Landcruiser Prado with a 2 liter diesel. The speedo indicates that 180 km/h is the max.

Damn that was quite fast and I've even checked meter thingy sa center. Tiningnan ko yung meter thingy sa pinaka-right tapos nakita ko yung diagram ng vehicle tapos I checked it. Daming bars that were coming out.

Anyone who has a Prado that is this model knows what I'm talking about.

Sya nga pala, yung sa Matrix Diesel, the salesmen sa Hyundai dealer said na they were able to get 160-180 km/h out of that thing. One salesman said that he was lucky to get this speed sa Macapagal Highway.

This beats the Crosswind (hanggang 120-140 lang ata ang kaya nito)

Caution: Of course, going beyond 140 km/h should not be done all the time. Accidents may happen that not only endanger you but those around you as well.

Exercise caution & road safety at all times when behind the wheel.

i alrdy tried with my stock 96 accord,just iceman filters on it all the way stock,210kph papunta kme clark field na momy ko para mag grocery..buti nlang 2log sya, and also 1tym same speed heading to festival mall nasa skyway kme bagong gawa pa,hndi nakahabol un nka stage 2 na SiR ng ka team mate ko..
220kph also wid my 94gli corolla NLEX heading Nueva ecija.. parang pag onting kabig mo lang sa steering wheel tataob un car and nag ssqueak un tires dail sa skid,

Optra 180km/h hindi ko feel yung bilis sa bigat ng kaha..hehe
Suzuki Fronte na hindi pa lowered noon 130km/h kaunti na lang nasa sagad na ng speedometer pakiramdam ko nung inangat ko yung gas yung fronte umaangat pero pagtinapakan mo yung gas ulit lumulubog..

also, an interesting thing i noticed - at high speeds speedos seem to be wildly inaccurate. i took my bimmer up against the speed governor (128 mph according to the manual) just to see if i can do it...but the speedo said 139!

Most people think that their speedos are 100% accurate. There will be difference between negative 5 to 15%. C! Magazine uses a V-BOX equipment to measure the REAL top speed of a vehicle.
