It will get worse ... Have it replaced under warranty ... It's the aircon vent motor ... Around 1600 each plus labor which is also 1000+ ...

Matagal ko na din na notice yung sa akin na may mouse scratching sound immediately after turning off the engine sa may glove box...anyway thank you din for pointing this out as a common defect. I ll have it checked and repaired on next visit together with the screeching brake sounds in the morning. hay!

While driving today, I noticed the car 'shudder' a few times while I was coasting to a stop and while idle at a traffic. Then while driving through EDSA, it was okay driving at regular edsa speed, around 40kph. When I exited to Buendia at the Paseo traffic light, the engine shut off, then I started it again and it went fine but shuddered everytime I coasted to a stop. The engine turned off a few times after it shuddered as well.

2016 Everest with around 23k mileage. Anyone has experience this? Maybe airfilter? Alternator?

BTW, after the engine shut off a few times, I just put it to neutral at the next stops and it was fine but everytime I'm in D and on a coast or stop, it would shudder or engine would shut off.

Experience that before but non eve. The culprit is fuel filter.

madaming possible source.. pwede fuel filter, fuel itself.. check mo muna battery terminals baka maluwag lang positive or negative..

happened to me once sa toyota altis.. nag shudder din engine when braking tapos biglang namatay.. start ulit ok naman.. pero parang may mali.. turned out na maluwag lang pala yung positive terminal

worst case na yung may sira ecu or mechanical problems..

Thanks. I will check on that before bringing it in for service tomorrow morning. Driving home however this evening was uneventful, didn't experience any of the issues that happened earlier.

Yes, it's confirmed - after vehicle diagnostics, fuel filter replaced.

nakapagkarga ka siguro ng maruming diesel at wag isasagad sa halos empty tank before mag refill. may same experience ako dati sa ibang unit.

May malfunction kanina morning ang left signal lights ko. Mabilis ang flashing indicating a busted bulb pero ok naman siya pag hazard lights. I checked it was the front left signal that was not lighting up, left signal or hazards on. But this afternoon ok na siya. I checked umiilaw na. I pulled out the bulb holder i could not find anything wrong.

baka contact issue lang.. soldered lang kasi yung pwet nung bulb kaya minsan pwede mag loose contact.. try putting some silicone grease sa contacts.. small amount lang just to lubricate

Maybe a good time to change to LEDs? Ito sana next project ko but ung tailight cover sa likod looks like a pain to remove though.

If you change to led, you need also to changes settings through forscan, otherwise it will be detected as a busted light bulb

In my opinion, it is quite possible that it all depends on the engine. If the engine is good then this type of problems rarely happened.
