Hmm siguro i need a test drive to answer my questions. Sa reviews wala ka talaga mabasa concerning AT tranny, i mean yes meron pero yung issues na nababasa mo dito sa board wala dun sa review.

I sent James Deakin a mesage since he reviewed ecosport, and he said definitely no shuddering for the A/T variant

Hi, where did you test drive the Ford Ecosport? I've been eyeing on this car for months now but the dealers don't seem to respond well with reservations. I am looking to purchase this unit as a christmas present to myself. Is there anyone who can help me? Dealers? Friends? Ford corporate people? I'm buying it in cash so it won't be a problem, the problem is the unit itself.

Question to those who have needed parts for repair, gano katagal po waiting. I know ecosport is fairly new here, pero since based on fiesta, are a lot of the parts used the same or ganun parin, matagal makuha?

It depends on what type of parts. Kung fast moving like fan belt etc mabilis pero kung slow moving like headlight , side mirror medyo matagal yan. Normally by order pa ang gagawin ng casa sa planta unlike ng toyota kahit sa banawe makakahanap ka.

Mabigat ang doors. Huwag gamitin sa pamamalengke, onti lang maikakarga (unless itupi ang backseats).

Pag may stock sila makakakuha ka agad. Mga 2-4 weeks ang lead time na binibigay nila.

4 months na akong nag-aantay ng plate... 6 months ang binigay na lead time sa akin. Balikan kita kung paano iinstall pag nakuha ko na. Pero ang plan ko ay magpatulong sa dealer.

Guys totoo ba na defective car ang ecosport dami ko na naririnig na nagsisisi mismo kapitbahay ko sumasakit na ulo kakabalik sa casa dahil sa mga defect kesyo underpowered maingay makina pinayuhan pa ako na wag bibili nyan. Oh nagkataon lang na defective unit nila. Plano ko kasi kumuha para kay mrs this Christmas.

Wala po ba problem sa ecosport trend M/T? planning to buy our first new car.. Di ba masikip for 3 person at the rear seat po? nadadalawang isip po kasi and haven't seen the unit in person tlga sa mga dumadaan daan lang.. thanks!

Go for a test drive. Trend A/T kasi ung amin pero wala naman akong problema sa kanya, for sure mas okay ang M/T version.

For normal built persons, okay ang rear seat.

Altis 1.6G over the Ecosport. Bigger interior and trunk space, more power, better resale value, cheaper maintenance, and IMO looks better.

Only advantage of the Ecosport is better flood-wading capabilities. Weigh your options. I'd rather avoid floods and have a nice sedan.

Go for your desire. Your mother will still love the EcoSport ride. Ask your college friends about how cool it is to have an EcoSport.
