i found this on ebay but i'm not sure if it is a replacement grill or same stick-on as the ones available locally. the FORD logo is removable, there are screws at the back. $380 plus shipping and customs will take be more than P20k delivered.

I got my unit first week of April and the only problem so far was the headlamp angle. The off-center steering wheel is still for correction, but Ford already acknowledged the issue and for rectification anytime.

Hi, first time owning an suv with beige interior and this is my only problem for now. How do you keep it clean mga sirs? 1 week pa unit ko pero marumi na in some parts. May jean stains na rin sa driver's seat. Any recommended cleaning materials that is effective and not too harmful sa leather?
I don't mind that this suv has a stiffer suspension than my old montero but a dirty interior is a much bigger headache for me. Anyone else that could relate?😁

It's not a case of the Eve having a stiffer suspension than your old Monty but rather the Titanium having 20" rims that makes the ride bumpier. The Trend variant with its 18" rims can almost be as good as the ride quality of the new Monty.

I got my new ford everest 2016, wala po ba talaga ito navigational map, kahit ang made in china na system meron na philippine map, bakit ito wala. Or may option pa to buy sd card? Nakakadisappoint lang for this part and also it does not play movies, only music lang.

Sakin din when you switch the lock icon in the remote twice the cabin and park lights will turn off. Try nyo ulit sir.

Tama ba sir kahit naka-on ang park light or headlight and you switch off the engine, press the lock on remote twice, mag-ooff lahat ng lights?

Anyone who encountered an engine lit in the dashboard below 1Km? It was a day event and it disappeared the day after. Informed FGC and they said it is to be monitored.

This is my 1st post time/post in tsikot. We have MY16 everest trend. So far at 800kms, eto ung major na naexperience ko.

1. Check engine light at 700kms mark, nawala rin naman the following day. chineck ko using my bluetooth scanner and p0490 and u0341 nagregister, egr related. Dinala ko sa FQA to have 1K pms and check na rin. Test drive namin di naman na bumalik. Same feedback, monitor muna daw. Ala namang nabago sa hatak at di rin nag usok after cel. Till now, monitor ko lang using torque pro EGR error and commanded readings. Ala pa namang error ulit.

2. Clamp sa lower rad hose and IC hose from turbo to IC inlet mis aligned. FIXED by FQA.

3. May small moist sa W.S. if humid outside and malamig interior/WS glass. Nagleleak ung vent sa windshield. As per ford, ganun daw talaga. Pwede nila i block ung vent permanently pero ayaw ko naman pa baklas dashboard, baka di mibalik ngbmaayos at mag rattle na.

4. Idle fluctuation pag cold start and tinurn ON mo AC. Nawala na after ng 3 full tanks of Vpower diesel.

Overall okay naman sya, I like the auto-blip/rev-matching ng gearbox pag nag down-shift ka. Very usefull sa kennon road.

To those having issues especially sa head lamp motor leveling. Continue nyo lang pa warranty. During my PMS, yan daw madalas na encounter nila na problem and ung nadidischarge na battery.

Yes but that would be very expensive since you need to replace the whole head unit/screen and I doubt kung compatible sya sa everest electronics.

Best option are the thailand units na may android-auto capable and and have mirror link features. Looking for promo fare na going to thailand. As per email, nasa 20k ung module.

As per winterpine, sa september pa lalabas ung ganung module nila(gps, android auto, mirror link).. not sure though if accurate..

i'm planning to install these as back-up for the head lights in case what happened to some of you here happen while i'm on the road. also double purpose na din when i go to my farm. these are hella 500 black magic off road lamps left over from my ex pick up.

but i don't want to install bull bars/nudge bars. my plan is to replace the grills with black honeycomb grills and install these behind the grill. stealth install kung baga. however the honeycomb grills available are only simulated, stick-on grills that only cover the existing grills. magkano kaya pa-fabricate, and where?

or is it possible to install hella type lights on the eve without the use of a nudge bar?

My 2cents worth, please consider that ford engineers spent hours in wind tunnel testing and CFD models just to perfect air flow(engine cooling versus drag coeficient) for our all new everest.

If youll notice, the upper portion of the grille inlet is for forced IC cooling. Other half if condenser and radiator, etc... There are also other ductings within the grille to force air into. Pag pinalitan ng ibang design, surely may magbabago sa performance.

With that in mind, I would not consider changing the design in the grille. Baka pede ilagay sa roof or near existing fog lamps ung lights?

Or wag na lang mag install ng heavy tints sa windshield para good visibility from the start. Illegal fin naman kasi yun from the start.

Sorry, mali yung term ko. Di ko lang ma expalin mabuti. Hehe.. Dapat po talaga is walang tint sa harap. Although pwede naman ung may tint basta clear tints lang po like Vkool70, HuperoptikC70 and llumar clear, etc. Magulo noh? LOL. Actually matagal ng batas naman yun nasa rules ng LTO, you can search it po sa LTO website na wala dapat tint sa harap pero di lang nasusunod kasi pag pinoy talaga dami palusot.. Hehe.. For everyones safety lang po safe po kayo at madali nyo makikita at maiiwasan pag may aswang? LOL at safe din po ang mga tao sa paligid nyo dahil madali nyo sila makita. Di rin po kayo makakasilaw sa kasalubong nyo(Common problem nakatint sa harap tapos nagrereklamo madilim daw tapos lagi maka high beams or mag HID or maginstall ng LED bars to compensate sa poor vision pero kawawa naman kasalubong na motorist eh. shelfish..)


Idle engine load po is different let say VS. 100Kph cruise or overtaking engine load, etc..

In layman's term, you only use around 10-15%% of your engine power when you are at idle or stop and go 20kph trapik sa edsa or waiting in line sa jollibee drive thru... Say 20HP only(200hp ung 3.2L eve di ba?) to power your sounds, cp charger, aircon, head lights, etc.... Thats it!

That is not true to assume na wala pong airflow pag naka stop, did you see the big azz fan in the back of your radiator? That promotes airflow during stop po good upto approx. 40KpH. Above ~40kph, enough na road speed(wind speed to cool the engine/radiator.)

Try to experiment and tangalin nyo po fan sa rad, I bet wala pang 10mins na naka idle mag overheat na oto unless nasa north pole tayo.. LOL.

At 100kph cruise, depending on your apak(load) in addition to all above mentioned accesories, safe to say 60-100% of your engine power is used.



The higher the load, the more fuel you burn, the more fuel you burn, the more heat you produce, the more heat you need to remove via heat exchangers/radiator/oil coolers to keep temps at bay. -these are all mounted in the front po.

Ala naman po ako sinabi na titirik kayo. Still your call po. Oto nyo naman po iyan at the end of the day, I'm just sharing my thoughts po sir.

Ive ridden the old/new monty and titanium/trend eve.

Softest-hardest
1. New monty(parang barko na kaunting preno lang mag nose dive na sya pero super comfort talaga.
2. Trend (balance)
3. Old monty (almost same sa trend)
4. Titanium

Try to search the difference between watts link and pan hard rod. Our eve uses watts. That will open up a new discussion not the old comparison na which suv is matagtag, etc...

When i turned-off the engine+open driver's door. Lock indicator light sa mga other doors will turn off, but still you cant open the other doors from outside?

Dapat po sir alisin nyo ung susi physically para mag auto unlock po lahat ng doors.

Sa 2017 everest ay sync3 na po. Antay na lang siguro muna sana bolt on sa atin sync3. If not, best option na talaga ung kina winterpine/mirage audio sync2 module.

Bale tangal susi+open nyo po driver side door nyo= auto unlock na po lahat.

Tried it na po, autounlock on, turned off engine, took out the key, open my door, then I tried to open rear passenger doors naka lock pa din.
Meron na po ba nakapansin sa inyo ng ganito, or maybe sa akin lang. Will try to expereiment again, maybe meron delay ang on/off ng settings ng door.
