Here's mine 3.2 wildtrak turbo busted

Hi! How long po you'll wait for the replacement part (Turbo)? Maybe we have the same problem and they told me I need to wait for 2 weeks and additional 2 days for installation. And told me the cause is factory defect. Anyway TIA

Sa housing ba tumama yan dahil sa bearing failure(misalignment) o may foreign material nkpasok?

Wala ako idea sir 12vdc sabi sakin ni planta nagkulang suply ng oil papuntang turbo kaya nasira bearing

2 weeks sa casa unit ko matagal na nangyari to Feb 8, 2014 hindi kolang pinost kagad kase 1st case palang daw sa new T6 dito sa pinas akala ko factory defect lang ayaw ko sana makasira sa ford, planta ang naghandle ng unit ko hindi casa at 15k kilometers 6months old palang sakin nung time na un and hindi abuse paggamit ko pure expressway lang tanauan to nicols lang kaya nagtaka ako bakit nasira kagad turbo ko Lemon pala turbo natin 😊😊😊

Mukhang sa housing nga tumama, oil deprivation sa bearings. Another cause kasi na pede madeform ang blower is ingress ng foreign objects like dirty air filter kaya nag errode yung alloy. Ano kaya corrective measures ng planta, bka kulang sa pressure ng oil or wrong grade of oil? Ang mahirap kasi nyan yung recurrence, bka matapat off warranty na instant P120k yang turbo.

Nauna sya magreklamo pero nauna lang n ilang weeks na sumabog turbo ko kaya sinabi nila 1st case ito, ayaw pa pumayag ni planta na turbo nga talaga sira dapat pinasabog na din kagad nya para wala na masabi si ford palit kagad pati intercooler pinalitan ung sakin

So inaamin na pala ng ford and mazda na defective turbos nila. Yung sa 3.2 bt50 ko palit agad sila ng turbo wala na pahirapan pang usapan.

As per description dun sa FB, spewing smoke. Indication na bearing problem dahil pumapasok na ang langis either sa combustion or exhaust. Sasabog ang turbo kung misaligned then yung fragments kung maswerte pede tumagos sa intercooler, then goodbye engine na.. Kaya palit din dapat IC kasi tatamaan ng fragments yung core eventually mag le-leak.

So who amongst the tsikoteers here have actually checked kung nag wiwiggle at erroded ang fins ng turbo?

Yong isang co-member namin sa Santa Fe club, meron din syang 3.2 ranger na nag rupture ang turbo.
Napalitan ng naman daw ng Casa tapos binenta na nya agad.

Nag post pa sya ng pic na nagkalat yong mga turbo parts sa engine bay nya.
