Thanks for sharing. Wonder what will the readings be during acceleration. Interested in EGR opening & fuel rail pressure during acceleration.

From what I noticed egr values goes higher like 80% or more during normal driving condition and my understanding is this percentage values means egr %closed. Rail pressures always vary and can shoot up much higher, I am trying to convert it into readings in bar units as I am not familiar with kpa.Lol!

Any luck if ford casa remedied the injector rust already? Its so difficult to clean mine kasi masikip. I think the only way to do it is to take it out. Mukhang mas mabuti pa to let ot be. As my friend said, the injectors metal is too thick to even worry about. Sealed din yan. Baka nabenta na sasakyan hindi pa nauubos ng kalawang...

Mine is scheduled for service today at OTIS for the replacement of the COWL, but opted to reschedule it tomorrow due to bad weather here in the metro, I need my T6 to go to work without any worries of being stranded due to flooded streets, but I would still put sealant in the middle just to be sure. The only reason why I opted to have it replaced by the casa is to at least minimize the possibility of water dripping on top of the engine since there is a small dam in the new COWL. I just hope they would replace it properly.

BTW *Djerms, I have report this last August thereby part was ordered by FORD OTIS August as well. The parts were delivered last week that's why I have a schedule for service.

Aleman, did they clean the rusted injectors as well or hindi mo na pinagalaw? Hope you can give feedback kung na solve yung tulo issue. Thanks.

I opted to have the cleaning the same time with the replacement of the COWL hopefully tomorrow, still waiting for confirmation kung pwede pa ako ma-accommodate tomorrow since my original schedule was this morning. I'll keep you posted, pero based sa original COWL what I initially did was put a black silicon in the gap between and so far no dripping issues even during heavy rains. I plan to do the same after they have cleaned the injectors and replaced.the COWL. I just hope that rusting issue is solely caused by this problem.

Nice. I believe rust is caused by this leak. If you look closely, theres water pooling trace around the injector base. did you show the the tsb? Sa ford libis wala silang idea eh.

They actually even wonder where I get it, I just said to them that I pulled it out from the internet. They intend to do nothing actually, after I have complained that there is a water dripping on top of the engine cover, which I think is the culprit of the rust and the foul smell (smells like burning) during initial startup and turning on of the aircon. It's a good thing that I was able to pull the FORD TSB, otherwise they would just ignore my complaint.

Yan an nakakainis eh. Pahirapan pa. there are numerous report na din sa fcp ng powertrain light mil due to defective intercooler. Nakakatakot hehe. So far my ranger is proving to be good.

pa ot lang mga sir,
taga baguio ako. sir base sa aking experience sa 10k pm na ginawa sa ford dagupan, hindi ako satisfied sa service nila... i am actually planning to have my 20k pm sa tarlac or subic (sabay pasyal) and see if service is better.
