    In a blind test, soup A painstaikingly cooked in hours vs soup B cooked with well researched instant flavors = ?

    High end ramen shops claim that their soup is made from natural slow cooked long hours buto buto is hype, your mind is conditioned that it is delicious and healthy because the high end crowd that dines there tells your subconcious it is.

    one thing we are sure of.
    when we need pampa-asim, we have a choice of sampalok and/or kamias.

    Ang matatalas panlasa eh malakas pang-amoy...

    Pag kumain ako dimsum ramdam ko agad kung mavetsin....

    Example....nung sumikat yung king chef banawe....nagtry ako..... nakakaattract yung haba pila and not just your ordinary mall crowd. Naisip ko there must be something pa pinipilahan ng 10pm

    If you base sa mata eh mukha masarap..... pero nung naamoy ko na eh tapos nalasahan eh aray navetsin ako..... Para tuloy ako g.r.o

    I tried the second time na hindi matao mga hapon eh waley....vetsin talaga...

    well, 80% of what we think as sense of taste, is actually sense of smell.

    what do you have against monosodium glutamate? are you sensitive to it?

    i suppose it's like being allergic to chicken, or seafood, or milk.
    while many people enjoy these foods, the unfortunate fellow sensitive to them, can't enjoy them because of potential ill-effects.
    but the fellows i know who are sensitive to these foods, they do not go around disparaging these foods.

    Oo nga pala nabanggit yung milk....ang technique sa intolerance eh add lots of sugar.... no diarrhea. If you have access sa non-homogenize milk eh magaan din sa tiyan.

    Napansin ko ito when eating ice cream..... i

    bakit pag plain fresh milk nakakaebak.... If i put 3 teaspoon coconut sugar eh no grumbling stomach.

    pero pag vanilla ice cream eh ok naman. Pero meron ice cream na madugas madami carrageenan..... yan nakakaebak...... Mahal kasi pag pure ice cream without binders.....

    Magic sarap also contains sodium glutamate(ajinomoto)+ lots of ads.

    I have two friends who are in food business. Hindi magic sarap o msg gamit nila. Yung ginisa mix sachet daw. Mas malasa daw sa magic and msg. Pero diko pa na try yung ginisa mix. Magic sarap lang meron sa kusina kasi namin hehe.
