    Plus the problem of intellectual property infringement kasi need mo ituro process unlike having a commissary na mas may control since industrialized.

    I finally got to read someone saying they don't buy gardenia. The molding part is one of the reasons why we don't get that as well. Plus there's a weird aftertaste when you munch on one. Probably all the preservatives in it. Uncle George is good. We always get that when we do grocery at rustans. Sadly since we frequent unimart more, there's no Uncle George. They have Herran(old name of Pedro Gil) bread there and we get Pan Americano.

    My fat lab developed an allergy to starch in 2015 and prior to that we used to get her Gardenia because it's bromate free, yun pala it has so much more other chemicals When Gardenia was new in the market, I liked it a lot :P It was soft and chewy kasi.

    I see the Herran brand, I will try it next time

    i used to herran.
    changed, when gardenia came over.
    pa-trip to jerusalim lang.
    heh heh.

    french baker is nice, but one has to eat it fast, as it does not stay tasting-fresh, for long.
