    finally natikman ko na din yung raging bull burger (without the bbq sauce - i don't like sweet burger)..

    for me, mas ok sya sa Pink and Shake Shack..

    We don't buy Gardenia kasi ang tagal mag mold. Among COMMERCIAL breads, I like Uncle George.

    importante nabubulok.

    Maayos ang uncle george. Masarap ang rye bread jan. Kaso tumigil muna ako sa gluten.

    Pag usapang bulok jan gumaganda lupa ng pinagtaniman ko ng puno. Pero mga vegetables, herbs gamit ko yung mga nagamit na sa paglaga.. Pero right now tinatry ko duck egg shell binabaon ko sa lupa pati buto ng bulalo.

    Pati pala pag nag-gupit ako kuko sa lupa ang direcho.

    Sana talaga magkaburger na ulit na rice ang bun. Ginawa na ni mcdo yan kaso bakti tinigil. Time consuming kasi tapos lilit pa tubo.

    Zarks as of a year ago had patties that felt homemade and dripped all over the plate. Nung sinubukan namin uli last month sa Megamall parang naging generic and dry na.

    Shake Shack pang IG ang burgers. They taste almost as good as they look too.

    pag naging multi-branch / franchise ang isang previously single-resto-mom-and-pop-burger-resto di na nila kaya i-sustain ung dating ginagawa nila made-fresh 100% ground beef patty

    nagiging corporate sila... decisions-made-in-the-boardroom na sila

    so they'll shift to more efficient, lower cost ways of doing things
