September 23rd, 2010 12:25 PM #37Nice business to start with especially here in Metro Manila. Just scout for a strategic location. Add mo na rin chicken BBQ, sisig, tuna belly, squid on your menu and much better serve ice cold beer. I usually frequent barbeque stands in Pampanga area ( San Fernando, Angeles City, Mabalacat), whenever I'm there and take out sisig, chicken BBQ as pulutan on my way back to Manila. Their menu there tastes much better compared what is available here in Metro Manila.

ang daming Reyes sa Pilipinas at napaka common ng BBQ business
kung Reyes ka at magtatayo ka ng BBQ business at yan ang naisip mong business name, sigurado meron na ibang Reyes ganyan din ang naisip na business name para sa BBQ business nila
hanap problem lang yan
kulang ba sila sa creativity?

sabi ng isang renowned culinary expert kailanagn ang taba ng baboy o manok sa bbq para madagdagan ang lasa ng bbq, ang taba din ang nagsisilbing langis sa bbq para mas sumarap ito, at nagdadagdag bango ang taba lalo na ito ay iniihaw.
imo, pwede gumamit ng olive oil, sunflower oil o kahit virgin coconut oil na pang babad at pangpahid sa bbq kesa sa taba mismo ng baboy o manok, daanin nalang sa tamis, anghang at lasa... para pwedeng sabihing mas nakakalusog na pagkain=)

September 23rd, 2010 02:49 PM #40madalas ako kumain dito pero di ko pa natry yun pork bbq nila. Usually bangus, tuna or squid ang order ko. ok din yun grilled chicken liver nila at isaw ng manok.
