    hi peeps,

    Any pointers? Yung isang klase pong beef tapa yung hanap ko...yung malabot, parang corned beef yung texture but brown, e.g. like sa Binalot or Dell's.

    Inaadobo po ba to?

    depende kasi sa part nang beef yan.. dapat yung malambot.. strips mo lang.. tapos pakuluan mo sa toyo, kalamansi, konting sugar, pepper at maraming garlic.. hanggang matuyo then diretso prito..

    mas maganda gumamit ng kalamansi kesa suka mas madali lalambot

    tip din yung pag hiwa dapat salisi sa hibla

    Anong part po usually ang ginagamit, brisket(camto/kenchi)?

    hindi po uubra brisket, camto or kenchi.. masyadong matigas yan.. yung breakfast steak dapat.. or sirloin..

    di ko pa yan nasubukan sa beef.. pero nasubukan ko na sa pork.. yung tenderloin ang gamit.. ayus naman.. babantayan mo lang.. pag natutuyo na sya lagyan mo nang konting cooking oil.. tapos halo nang halo..

    Sariling kain mo naman kaya huwag na magtipid...sirloin gamitin

    Usually sirloin, breakfast steak or bistek pilipino yung binibili ko... ako yung nag grocery habang hinihintay si misis after office.

    lahat ng baka isang gawa namin para makatulong lumambot bago marinade at pakuluan, pukpukin mo muna ng likod ng pantaga o kutsilyo.
    tadtadin huwag naman magkalasug-lasog.
    ayun na!
    lalo ng effective ito sa bistek o tapang kalabaw.
    wala namang sinasantong kalabaw ang pressure cooker.
