hindi kami sa hilaga ms.cath, kami'y mga taga-silangan. meron silang parking sa harap 4 slots ata or 5 pero right across them ay open space na parking din para sa kanila which can accomodate about 10 vehicles. rumors was it before na they use horse meat for their tapa, but what the heck even if it is from a horse, masarap at malambot parin

medyo off-topic po, pero ask ko lang, there seems to be two types of "tapa" here: one is the typical thinly sliced beef, yung isa parang inadobo na nagfe-flake. i like the latter one better

There's this type that uses thin strips of beef, typically sirloin; there's this other kinda na parang inadobo, and it seems the meat are cooked as chunks, and become sorta like corned beef after it's done. Alin ba talaga ang tamang tapa?
