    I absolutely hate that mimiyuh character. I hope it disappears soon. Naiirita talaga ako..pero talo ka nun kags, sa dami ng pera sa pagiging "influencer", lumabas sa recommended ko nag shopping spree e baka umabot ng million mga binili na bags nun tapos nakabili house na may pool! Even rich people I know bihira may pool. Kahit kamukha ni palito yun, it is probably set for life

    Here in my area coco, chatime still have customers but macao, tiger sugar, gong cha, yi fang and the alley is doing poorly you can see in their shop customer count just 20 or 30 in a day on weekdays and less than 80 on weekends.

    Sarado na naman itong chatime sa ATC. 2nd time na to nag sara during pandemic. Ganito ba talaga ka affected ang business ng milk tea or panget lang location nila. Yung gong cha at serenitea eh bukas pa rin eh

    Franchise yan, isa lang owner niyang saka branch sa Robinson magnolia. I think hinde nagkasundo yan sa rentals with Ayala.

    Friend yata or relative nila Koa.

    Other branches company owned 1 year pa advance magbayad ng rent.
