    yeah, tuyo masarap sa kanin na totong...tulak mo ng coffee with fresh lemon grass...sarap!!!

    when i made my coffee back then, lemon grass scent was all over the kitchen...now, i am trying to have my own concoction: coffee with lemon grass in a tea bag...ala pa ring tatalo ng kape namin sa probinsiya...maybe because fresh ang lemon grass...

    yup pag umuulan back to basic pinoy foods... my favorite breakfast with coffee -:coffee: ...tulisang pugot, pritong itlog sunny side up at sinangag pag nagbubudget, danggit at omelet with corned beef kung mapera... tanghalian o hapunan pritong galunggong at balatong!

    Ba't ba nabasa ko pa ito ... ginutom tuloy ako.

    Miss ko na tuyo. Wala akong mabili dito sa UK. Last time na nakatikim ako 2 yrs ago na yata ... dala pa ni ermats galing sa US. Nakipagtalo pa sa customs sa Heathrow kasi pinipigil yung tuyo. Point ni ermats, binili naman sa US at vaccum-sealed, para bang what's the big deal? hehe.

    In the end, nai-uwi ko rin naman yung isang kahon na tuyo ... at mga itlog na pula.

    The trouble was well worth it.

    reminds me of my american friend who cooks adobo, dinuguan, pancit, sinigang et al. guess what, he even orders datu puti cane vinegar(and he testifies that its the best) straight from here lol.

    well anyway, hot and a bit salty but savory foods are nice during rainy season since it has this invigorating feel. to put it in 1 word - ardor

    ayaw ko ng tuyo, maalat e. any pritong isda ayos! tinapang tawilis ang da best na alternative sa kin or yung fresh na pritong tawilis at kalamansi-patis sa sinangag at ilog at mainit na kapeng walang gatas. kahit ngayong pa-pasko ayos pa rin to.
