I would just like to share this really bad experience of mine at KFC
SM MANILA LEVEL 4. january 24th, 2009 around 7pm, I ordered for 2pcs
chicken meal , 1pc chicken value meal and a regular fries at KFC SM
MANILA LEVEL 4 ...
I asked for an extra plate where i can put gravy since we have 3 pcs of
chicken and i don't think an ounce of gravy for each meal would be
enough. The cashier told me that they don't give extra plate for
gravy.she said even the manager won't give me an extra plate. She
called the manager named VERGILIO who was not wearing his uniform and
doesn't even have a nameplate ( i just asked the dining crew who gave
me a plate about his name) and let him talk to me.

I told VERGILIO, the manager, that it would be an inconvenience for
me, as a customer to stand up, leave my food, and let those flies just
land and fly around my food while me, the poor customer, is getting
some gravy.

The manager was so sarcastic when he was trying to tell me that they no
longer rove and refill gravy for the customer and that I really have to
refill gravy myself. He even mentioned that the plate will be very
greasy and it would be unfair. I told him that I am dining at kfc a
lot and other stores are giving extra plate if a customer asked for it.
I felt very insulted by the way he treated me as a customer who
already paid for what I have ordered. He wasted my time listening to
his excuses.
I was thinking if he does that to all of the customers asking for an
ample assistance. What do you think?

We all know that as a manager, he should be the one thinking on how to
give a 100% satisfaction to a customer. It's his job to keep good
customers. But do you think, after what happened, i would go back and
eat at that same store again? Well I don't think so..I don't have any
plans of going back to that store again..ever..
I think VERGILIO needs to go back to training. It takes years to keep
customers but it only takes a manager like VERGILIO to lose one.
I'm a KFC fanatic and i really love their chicken and gravy but after
that incident, I think it would take time for me to love kfc again..I
have a lot of friends and acquaintances whom I can share this story.
I am sharing this story because I know for sure that I'm not the only
who had this experience with a manager like him. I want this to serve
as a lesson to managers who doesn't know HOW TO VALUE CUSTOMERS.

It is just because of a single plate.
(take note: i ordered a regularies fries..it should be placed in a
plate but the cashier simply placed it in a single tissue.)
