    I still average 6-7 cups a day during weekdays and around 3 per day on weekends and holidays

    used to drink 4-5 bottles of redbull in the morning...i can recall it was 180g of caffeine in one sitting, a cup of coffee was just 40g, i was addicted to caffeine, i gave me a rush of dopamine, para akong happy at makulit...then at night red horse naman to help me sleep, the cycle would continue again the following day, good thing i stopped both addictions..

    Wow! May effect pa ba sayo yun? The most for me would be 2-3 cups. Wala na rin effect coffee for me. In fact it sometimes makes me sleepy pa.
