    i bought rib eye steak for noche buena...

    share naman your favorite way of cooking it...like the marinade....way of cooking.

    im planning sa oven sana eh...mas ok ba yun kaysa sa grill?

    may natikman akong steak - grilled (malambot nga iyong steak) tapos ang nilagay niya lang salt and pepper.... iyong sauce masarap din - i asked kung anong ginamit niyang pang-sauce- campbell soup with mushroom..... di ko na tinanong kung paano - kasi nahiya na ba ako..... i hope this can help....

    bro. nasubukan ko na yung grill na hindi mo iiwan, babantayan mo sya at dahan dahan lang yung apoy at baliktarin baliktarin mo sya lagi---- ang lambot nang kakalabasan nun kasi hindi pilit yung pagkakaluto.

    Subukan mo imbes na salt, patis ang ipangmarinate mo mas malasa at mas masarap.

    kme ren salt and pepper lang. alam ko dapat high heat (may nagsabi sa ken) para mejo crispy outside tapos tender and juicy sa loob. . .

    rub with a little salt and pepper, a bit of bitter on a very hot iron pan. put it on the pan only when it is very hot, so as ti give it a good searing. aprox 2-3mins per side.

    after the steaks, lower the heat, stir in garlic and mushrooms, when the agrlic is cooked add some flour to thicken, followed by water to increase in volume.

    sabi ng kapatid ko... depende sa kapal.

    kung makapal... dapat oven.

    pero kung hindi... pwedeng grill or fry

    but before that marinade with your favorite herbs + virgin olive oil

    sa herbs, tingin ka lang sa herbs section ng supermarket. tingnan mo dun kung alin ang ok para sa steak

    IMO - just salt and pepper wouldn't be enough to bring out the flavors.
