    baka may mga tinatago kayong secret recipe/s dyan baka pwede nyo namang i-share..

    ako mahilig talaga ako kumain kaya pag may natikman ako na ok sa panlasa ko inaalam ko kung ano ingredients and paano lutuin.. lalo na kung pang-pulutan...

    eto share ko:

    mixture na gamit ko pang-marinate o pang-barbecue, may nagturo lang din sakin..

    ingredients:
    1 cup fish sauce (patis)
    1 bottle banana ketchup (mas prefer ko UFC) kung gusto nyo may konting kick e yung hot n' spicy ang bilhin nyo.
    1 lemon
    2 tablespoon cooking oil
    2-3 tablespoon sugar
    1 clove garlic and onion (optional) kapag wala ok lang pero mas masarap syempre kung meron.

    instructions:
    paghalu-haluin lang lahat then lagay na yung chicken or pork. btw, good for 2 whole chix or 2 kgs of pork na yan. mas ok kung overnight siya naka-marinate. tapos yon ihaw na!

    so far lahat ng nakatikim napa-yummy naman sila and nagtanong kung sino or paano ginawa...

    Beef Tapa:
    1 kg beef (yung pang tapa syempre)
    1 bottle maggi/knorr seasoning
    sugar (to taste)
    half clove garlic (minced)

    same procedure sa pang-barbecue, paghaluin lang. mas matagal na pagbabad mas masarap.

    ^ try ko nga yan....mukhang masarap nga..toyo, kalamansi ,bawang,paminta,sprite lang ginagawa ko

    share ko naman yung specialty ko

    Macaroni Salad
    1kg macaroni
    2kg chicken breast (himayin to small pieces)
    4 cans pineapple chunk in syrup
    4 red apple
    1 bottle pickle relish
    2 red onion
    celery (same amount sa red onion)
    sultana
    2 spoon sugar
    4 bottle mayonaise
    1/2 kilo carrots


    just mixed everything pero wag mo muna isasama yung mayonaise..pag nahalo mo na saka mo ilagay yung mayo

    1.fry the baboy
    2.at

    yung balat ng kambing dapat natorch ng mabuti hiwain ng malilit
    ihaw yun karne ng kambing hiwain taz paghaluhalin lahat...yun na ok na
    tsibog or sarap pulutan na

    Boiled egg

    Ingredients:
    1. Egg(Chicken or Quail). Pwede ring egg ng mister mo.

    Procedure:
    1. Put water and egg(gentle ang paglagay para hindi mabasag) in pan then boil it.

    RELLENONG BUTANDING

    Ingredients:
    1 big butanding (whale shark)
    4 kilos of garlic, minced
    2 kilos of onion, chopped
    3 kilos of tomatoes, diced
    2000 eggs
    1/4 drum lemon juice
    500 small carrot, finely chopped
    1/4 drum soy sauce
    4 shovels of cooking oil
    lotsa ham, finely chopped
    lotsa raisins
    lotsa cooked peas
    lotsa salt and pepper to taste


    Procedure:
    With 5-6 people remove the intestines of the butanding.
    With a very sharp sword, slowly remove the meat of the fish from the skin through the opening cavity below the head.
    Remove the spine by snapping off the bone at the base of the tail and head. Use a shovel to scrape all the meat from the skin.
    Marinate the head and skin in lemon juice, soy sauce and pepper.
    Boil in 15 drums of water the butanding meat with some salt for 5 minutes.
    Sauté the garlic and onions until slightly brown.
    Add the lots of tomatoes and lots of carrots until tender.
    Add the lots of chopped ham, lots of cooked peas, lots of raisins and the butanding meat to the mixture. Cook for another 50 minutes. Lots of Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add beaten eggs to the sauté and mix well.
    Stuff the mixture inside the butanding skin and head. Sew the cavity if needed.
    Fry in oil until golden brown.
    Slice slightly diagonal (3 1/2 feet thick) and serve.

    *a butanding can measure up to 41.5 feet in length and weigh up to 21 tonnes.

    Relyenong Alamang

    Ingredients.
    1. 1 piece Fresh Alamang
    2. 1/2 Kilo Ground Lean Beef
    3. 1/2 Kilo Ground Pork Liempo
    4. 3 pcs of Onion(sliced in cubes)
    5. 3 pcs of Tomato(sliced in cubes)
    6. 1 tbspn Sugar
    7. 1 tbspn Salt
    8. 1 tbspn Pepper

    Procedure.
    1. Mix all ingredients(except Alamang)
    2. Stuffed it inside the Alamang.
    3. Oven bake for 30mins at Medium heat.

    sa ibang parte sa Norte, "inambaliktad" (or sounds like) yata ang tawag diyan. tama ba boss?
    simple lang pala gawin.

    imbaliktad ang tawag don bro... pero usually ang gamit dito ay "papait" na pinakuluan.
