^ My cousins and I used to ask for the grilled liver with vinegar, soy sauce, and onions...we had our own session while waiting for the lechon.

for family parties, we usually have home-made lechon by our favorite expert lechon-maker ... from a live pig to crispy lechon on the table just takes 3 hours, evenly cooked inside and out, crispy and tasty
