Masarap tlaga Cebu lechon...lalo na yung Zubuchon pair with Spicy sinamak (coco vinegar)..kakalaway tuloy.. grabe ang delisyoso. Aside sa pretty ladies in Cebu ang lechon tlga dun ang lagi ko narerember..One time me inattend ako wedding sa Malarayat Golf Country club..ang sarap ng Lechon din nila..forgot to ask kung ano brand..sabi yun daw official caterer ng Malarayat...super crunchy ng balat..but inside is like any ordinary lechon. Zubuchon from balat up to the bones..halos wala ng matira para sa askals heheheh.

They say Cebu Lechon is great pero I remember it na walang sauce ang pag-serve dito. I always think that the lechon would taste great with the sauce eh.

Any best tasting lechon should taste great even without the sauce. I have never tasted any Manila lechon as great as that in the province. Even elarz, not at par with what we have in the province. Rico's lechon in Cebu has found its way to Malacanang...so it must be great!

I wanted to try out Sabroso kasi daming positive reviews dito. But my friend recommended a place called Abubs swearing it was the best lechon he ever tasted. I also saw a few blogs saying Abubs is the best you can get here in Manila.

Still, i have got to try Sabroso one of these days, and of course, Charlies pritchon! Saan ba nakakabili nitong pritchon?
