that's a good-enough reason to look for some tokwa't baboy!

Anyone familiar with honey? Nag curd itong bigay sa amin to the point na nag pop up ung takip at may nag ooze out na liquid. Nag emit din sya ng gas nung buksan ko. There's no rotten smell and I used it yesterday to cook humba. Now I'm using it on my coffee.

It's kept in the pantry at ambient temperature and now we just let it sit at the counter. Could it be because it's not pure coz it says honey blend on the label.img-f24c5112cf5180111d872db066e1b80d-v.jpg

    i think so.
"blend" usually means, it's a mixture.
normally, pure honey don't spoil that easy.

    would i eat it?
    .. not sure...
in theory, it ain't worth the potential money saved, compared to potential... health issues incurred if...
but... i'd probably skim off the curd and enjoy the rest.
    heh heh.
