    Bruh, slow cook low temp lang hanggang maluto ang meat, tapos pagmaluto na ang meat, high temp mo na para yung skin naman ang puputok...

    Nakapatong lang sa foil from the start till pumutok na ang skin...

    Garlic pepper powder/seasoning, salt and rosemary...

    pakulo lang with salt pepper and konti vinegar. ginawa ko 3 parts ung 1.7kg after ipakulo then keep sa frezzer. deep fry nalang when needed.

    Bought 2 Margherita pizza from cpk, I like it because of the thin crisp crust. Ang tagal namin umuwi. Pag dating sa bahay soggy na yung crust. Ang lungkot ko, dapat kinakain kagad. Bad trip, sayang.

    no electricity. no running water.
    we had monggo.
    buti na lang, i like monggo and the chef cooks it well.
    i actually had more monggo than the rice under it.
    i also instructed chef to set aside some boiled monggo, for afternoon merienda.
    cold monggo + milk + sugah. yum!
