    Leftover pancakes with butter n maple syrup.....for supper. The wife made pancakes for the kids. The kids don't seem to like her style of pancakes. So, it's up to me not to waste them. ;)

    Actually, make that microwaved breakfast sausages, each link rolled inside a pancake. Much better. Mmm.
