    if it contains something that a number of folks are allergic to, some more enlightened manufacturers will include that, too.

    many local manufacturers list down the generics only. "wheat flour, salt, sugar, etc..."

    doc i really donot like yung nababasaa ko ingredietns sa bread making.

    and yung nauuso ketogenic diet eh madalas gumagamit ng carageenan, xanthan gums. Mga emulsifier and stabilizer na i dont like effect sa digestion. Lalo na xanthan gum tapos combined mo sa orange juice eh comfort room bagsak mo.

    i just go to pan de pugon or to french baker.
    sarap products nila.

    pag napanuod nyo sa netflix yung sustainable documentary eh sa bandang dulo pinakita yung bakery sa new york ba or chicago na magaling gumawa ng tinapay as in old school. Ganyan ang papansinin ko.

    bakit ang bastoy ng peenoise magpangalan sa bread..... pan de regla????

    dok about sa ingredients xanthan gum eh first hand experience ang sama ng effecto.

    Thats why im mapili sa bagay na yan.

    Inabot ako ng ilan months bago ko nafigure out. Yung binibili ko juice all of sudden may xanthan gum ingredients. Kinompare ko sa old container. Ganun-ganun lang pinalitan ingredients maybe cost-cutting.

    I don't like those artificial sweeteners also. Maybe 15 years ago my Mom bought me tons of sugar free chocolates, kinain ko naman ng kinain. I had really bad LBM for several days!!! I didn't know that sugar free anything makes a person get LBM

    I still believe in whole foods na lang, stay away from anything processed. I have an Uncle who does not eat anything canned, 80s na ang lakas pa

    ito mga nagkalat sa facebook.... keto sugar. Hindin inaalam na aspartame yan na gawa ni monsanto....

    oo dok, may mga ingredients senstivie ako. Malakas senses ko lalo na sa smell, taste. Kaya natatancha ko pag beef patty eh tokwaish or beefy.

    Iba gut feel ko.

    Minsan nainggit ako sa tao kahit ano kainin hindi tinatablan. Alam mo yugn kahit kumain ng pako, stapler eh natutunawan.

    kawawa naman si Sir Kags.. Ang daming requirement sa pagkain palang..

    May nakausap ako kano na matanda na pero malakas pa din.. ni congrats ko dahil healthy sya.. Sabi ko sa generation namin baka mahirap na tumagal ng buhay.. Ang sagot nya, swerte nyo pa din kasi kahit madami yung unhealthy na ingredients or chemical at least daw meron saw magandang regulation ngayon.. Sa panahon nya daw matindi pa ang mga food preservatives and additives..
    Same kami na naniniwala na kaya ng katawan mag adapt..

    My favorite cheese bread, they changed the shape, it's smaller and it's more expensive na but supposed to taste better...

    I will finally get to try this cheese bread.

    I've also been craving for raisin bread for the longest time. I haven't eaten this for over a year since my office BFF was assigned in HQ (this is her usual pasalubong for me)

    Now my Mom is reminding me again "lalo ka tataba"
