    mas ok kung ibabalik na pugon kahoy bake bread pandesal.

    Puro na oven ngayon.

    sana si angels pizza magbenta ng crust lang kasi masarap gawin tinapay fresh na fresh lasa.

    kita nyo pag ako nagpost about food napakabroad. Imagine si angels pizza pwede magtayo bakery pero crust pandesal. Hooootaena!!! Pang negosyo ito naisip ko ngayon lightbulb moment

    Napaka money conscious mo, it stresses me out. Lahat na lang compute, dapat sulit, may bargain. It's just bread. OMG. Hindi talaga ako nasasarapan sa Wild Flour.

    Pero mga kaibigan ko Chinese grabe gumastos sa pagkain, ako nalula. Parati sobra sobra order at nauuna pa sa expensive restaurants.

    oh ito tumawag sa ako wildflour scout madrianan to inquire if may stock pa ng kouign amann eh sabi ubos na daw. Imagine wala pa 6pm eh ubos na daw so naubos ng regla price pa!!! Eh ayaw ko maniwala baka may nakatago pa so pinuntahan ko talaga. Pag dating ko ng 8:30pm grabe nagliligpit na sa bakery section as in wipeout ang natira na lang yung cookies and egg pie on sterioids hahahah!!!! Ibang klase dito sa trueQC wildflour malakas ang kita!!!!

    So next option ko is greenhills branch. Ayun meron pa stock haaay salamat. Sa san juan may mga choices pa pero paubos na din meron pa brownies, tarts, breads.

    Meron dalawa from trueQC !!!!! Yung isa talaga dito pa mismo sa area ko barangay dona imelda !!!! Award winning chef.Chef Kris Edison Tan. Pero namamahalan pa ako sa pricing nasa 440pesos ang 4pcs.

    Tapos next suggestion sa west avenue butterboy bakehouse. Dito ang price 69pesos so fairly price for a meatless bread. Kasi sa akin ang tinapay na walang karne dapat maximum price na 70pesos.

    Ibang klase talaga dito sa trueQC so withinin reach mga masasarap Yung other cities eh nakasalalay mga yan maglalamove hahahah

    na-curious naman ako ano yang tinapay ni Kkags na kouign-amann. sabi ni YT eh pronounced "kon-ya-man", tama ba Kkags?

    ok so its a laminated o layered dough with butter and sugar. nothing spectacular naman pala, i think i can even bake it myself. but i dont eat bread na since nag low carb eating ako...

    mga Pranses talaga, akala mo napaka-espesyal. parang french fries, eh patatas laang naman[emoji1787]

    nagtry kasi ako ng cronuts and kouign amann ito mga first time ko. Pero yung food for the gods eh syempre bata pa lang sanay na napatry lang ulit. Kung type mo mafilling eh sa cronuts ka kaso hinid ko type dahil parang bavarian na na-over filliing so naoverpower nya yung iba ingredient part ng cronuts.

    Yung kouign amann naman kaya type ko para sya flaky version ng kripy kreme original glazed. Caramelly croissant na pag hinawakan mo may tunog na crunch sa gilid,

    So kaysa magdonut ako eh dito na ako laminated pastries. Next itatry ko yung iba danish savory

    itry mo yung pinost ko souffle pancake sa TrueWin sm north. Ang tawag ko jan pancake pajoga kasi majiggly

    True QC ba yung Basa st? Ang puro nasa feed ko naman yung Butterboy. Kapag trending nagdududa na ko. Iba pa rin yung word of mouth pre social media era, saka some reputable bloggers in the mid 2000s. Ngayon mahirap paniwalaan internet

    Meron pa rin naman na marasap nga like Lola Nena's, Casa Elmira and Founder's etc pero mas majority sablay/hype. Siguro nagbayad sa mga food groups and influencers.

    For everyday commercial breads, try nyo hanapin Herran Bakery. They make the best (cheap) hotdog buns. They're Manila based, pero Buti Unimart Estancias often have their buns in stock.
