    5 food on my list:
    1. fruits, any fruits, but not too much mangoes, grapes, avocado
    2. vegetable, my personal fovorite, ampalaya leaves, maluggay leaves, spinach and kangkong
    3. tofu
    4. fish, i love salmon, sea bass, tilapia, bangus, galunggong, limit your tuyo instake and fish that are too salty, sardiens are good=)
    5. yakult, yogourt you need some good bacteria too
