Hindi naman standard sa mga Phil. sold vehicles ang mag-equip ng fire extinguisher and hindi rin naman required by law to have one. Kaya 99% of the vehicles siguradong walang dalang fire extinguisher.

July 23rd, 2007 08:50 PM #66wel if i was passing by i would have probably stopped and helped with my firextingusher. but then again i would also think of why in the world someone who can aford a car like that wont have the spare change to buy a fire extinguisher?plus i thnk the general sentiment is that these people are just showing off. am i right? i could be very wrong... but the experiences that i have with this groups of people driving these expensive cars is that they think they own the road....i live halfway between santa rosa and tagaytay and i see these guys driving up to tagaytay and back.. overtaking and not caring that other people are also using the roads... some even have escorts... did i mention not the porsch 911 that ran off the road and the one of the companions said that the road was not level... he was just goin too fast...i also dont like big bike owners driving to tagaytay like they own the road, counter flowing like no one else matters... i mean whats up with that? now back to the topic, could this be one of the reasons no one stopped to help with a fire extinguisher?

Question is... may space pa ba for bags if you put a fire extinguisher that can put out that fire?
Sana kahit maliit pa yung sunog nag pahiram na yung mga naka Hyundai na dumaan ng extinguisher...iam3739.com

to shed light.. a friend of mine was with the guy (yes the owner of autozone) when this happened yesterday at around 8am at SLEX... he said he was behind him and was along Susana Heights exit. There were 8 of them in a convoy and were travelling around 60km/h. They thought it was an engine blow but turned out to be a fluid leak. They did have some fire extinguisher but it wasn't enough to stop the fire.
It only had 4,400kms and it was covered by the warranty.
here's the sad part according to him..
"The only disappointing thing of the day (apart from the burning car of course) is the group of Alessandra racing...the Madrigal family in a convoy of escalade and Ford F150 with the racing graphics, who was in a convoy presumably going karting to carmona...passed the fire...at quite an early stage I might add...did not even stop to offer help but instead started to clap slowly at the loss of my friend. Crab mentality at its peak!"
Sanity check please... consider this hypothetical scenario. If I bought a new car in June 15,...
