Further, I am still 'notorious' here in the office for encouraging the hiring of only 'good-looking' lady engineers, who passed our technical exams. However, a lot of people outside of HR, are now very thankful because most of them are still excited to be reporting for work. The learning curve may be a bit steep at the start, but I never ran out of (male) engineers who volunteer their assistance in training them....

My wife, who handles Customer Service et al, also encourages hiring 'good-looking' ladies....

way back before, i dated a girl who was very intellectual. I beleive awardee sya ng TOSP. She's not that attractive for me but she is very intellectual. It is good conversing with her since we could relate to each other but the problem is it is somewhat boring.
