Pre-nup or no pre-nup

Like I’ve said, bakit maging issue or bakit sensitive mga pinoy sa pre-nup, if the couple truly love each other, magbibigayan din yan.

Marami kc di nakakaintindi sa pre-nup na yung terms can be designed to be fair to both parties.

The most basic terms i've seen is that that assets including debts prior to mariage belong to each party as their personal estate/responsibility, then kung ano maipundar nila after marriage saka maging conjugal.

Perfect example si Kris Aquino. Super engot walang prenup dahil i love kay James Yap. Yun nag hiwalay siya pa tuloy magbayad monthly for how many years. [emoji23]

i think it is because some folks are un-thinkingly thinking of the extreme scenario,
"sa kapangyarihan nang dokumentong ito na pinirmahan mo, ay wala kang makukuha ni isang kusing, pag namatay ako! hahahahaha!!!"

they are not thinking of the advantage,
"rest assured, my dear. my debtors may not run after you, upon my demise."
