meron akong kakilalang doctors na ayaw i-renew yung S4 license nila nung napaso.
dahil marami daw silang kaibigan na nanghihingi kahit hindi nila kailangan. medyo na-aabuso na raw ito.

Ang sinasabi ko when you are in your 90s. Big difference sa 40s mo. Yung 95 yr old Lola ko every 3 mos ang blood works. She doesn't have any major illness except her hypertension and that her heart is weak na from old age and nothing can be done about it na Kung Lola ko pupunta sa hospital kung may nararamdaman lang, I don't think she'd reach her 90s healthy

Hindi ba parang baliktad? Ang gusto ko naman yung pabalik balik lang like balik ako Pilipinas pag winter sa US. Sa friends ko that moved abroad in their 20s (late Gen X/millenials) absolutely NOBODY wants to go back to the PH anymore. Among my parents contemporaries (baby boomers), upon retirement they went back to the PH.

Portugal is still a relatively affordable option
Wow really? Pero before it was easy diba? I have relatives that migrated to NZ but that was about a decade ago

it's so much easier to say "no", when one is not authorized to.

baka nasawa na sila dito.. all their life nandito sila.. up to when they retire.. they planned this siguro 5 yrs before they retired or even more.. time ni Duterte.. siguro may weight din yung political climate that time.. they just gave up na sa pinas.. mind you mayaman tong uncle ko na to.. sold their house in ayala alabang.. their garage can fit 12 cars.. sold all the cars and tinira na lang yung isang van at isang sports car.. nag ma maintain pa din sila nang condo dito coz they still plan to go home every year..

when they migrated to NZ.. nag setup pa sila nang coffee shop don for his youngest son na culinary graduate..
