How many people do you know really enjoys their dieting? compare it to people who enjoy exercising?

Dieting might even increase stress levels which can normally be suppressed by certain foods.
Not saying that dieting is bad but a balance is needed one which a good doctor can prescribe.
I had to google Hyperlipedmia/Hypercholesterolemia I guess mabuti na din inunahan ng cardio ko before I even have high cholesterol. I am really feeling the effects of aging kasi suddenly that happened to my cholesterol e I rarely eat pork and beef nga. Even my eyes lumabo bigla when reading small prints. My Mom has diabetes but it's Type II and she had it in her 60s, pero both of her parents did NOT have diabetes. It seems like almost all seniors now are taking metformin e. hahaha. I hope I never get diabetes.

It's true re diet. Back when I was on a diet, I was thin and miserable. Now I am fat and still miserable LOL! I do miss the gym A LOT but I am scared to go back because of covid. I made lifelong friends din sa gym

Swerte talaga those that are blessed with good genes. Si crush 30s pa lang when he had hypertension, just like my Dad.

and why no one sa medical field refuted yung sinabi ng wind engineer about the kagaguhan ng fezshield?

The medical community has no accountability. Eventually ang current healthcare system na pharmaceutical based may papalit jan just the same yung nangyari sa diesel and city of makati na naglayasan na WFH. Watch out sa galaw ng universe.

i saw the scientific journal article that supported the face shield protective figures. i vaguely recall, someone posted it here. the numbers were small, but they were there, nonetheless.
remember that this was at a time when very little was known about the covid virus.
"every little bit helps", especially if one did not know the enemy.

yung study ba sa indoor setting or outdoor ?

doc naman ano evidensya pa hinahanap mo. Medical community mismo hindi na nagsusuot. And ang nakakatawa talaga doc = THE ONLY COUNTRY NAGMANDATORY MY GAWD HAHAHA!!!!

pumunta ako sa bangko ngayon. Ayaw pa din tanggaling acrylic plastic. Ano ba purpose????

I hope magbuklod ang healthcare system at magsuot ng fezshield. Pamukha nyo sa buong pilipinas na fezshield is effective.

If you are concious sa movement ng universe eh hindi maganda pangitain sa allpathic medicine. The masa just dont trust the vaccine.

Show evidence.

yung fezshield kasi yan ang unique sa philippines setting kaya ko inuulit kasi pang ripleys believe it or not.

Tatlo linggo ako naging tanga jan na naniwala but eventually i perceive think act

Remember wala pa pandemic who is crazy about the size of windows ventilatiion???

Pinakita sa news yung chang kai shek may gadget to check air quality.

People that do NOT abuse their bodies. Normal weight, eats right, exercises. Why do people in their 20s, 30s and 40s get cancer or some other sickness and die? That's GENES. I have two friends/colleagues that got cancer in their 20s. They exercise regularly, normal eating, normal BMI, walang bisyo. One got breast cancer, guess what her Mom died of? Breast Cancer. Buti naagapan siya kaya she recovered. Yung isa I don't know what type of cancer. My point is normal people should NOT BE SERIOUSLY ILL IN THEIR 20s. In those cases, genes na nila ang problema

Plus, are you telling me lahat ng nagkasakit at namatay ng maaga may maling ginawa? I suppose yung mga addict, obese, high risk jobs pwede pa, but how about those that took care of themselves naman? Genes na yan.

Also, kung makapintas ka sa doctors e what's one of the most respected and USEFUL professions sa mundo? In a post apocalyptic era or if your plane crashes in an uninhibited island, guess kaninong skill ang pinaka valuable? DOCTOR hahahah!

life begins at 40
