una sa lahat bata ba kayo. kahit anong gawin mong pagcecare dyan, hindi mo iyon mapapantayan sa hinahanap nyang care sa magulang nya.
sa pagbabago, hindi sya magbabago kung ayaw nya at wala kang magagawa doon dahil siya ay siya.
pero jj, ok lang yan... lahat naman eh dumadaan sa ganyang situation na nag-cacare ka sa taong gusto mo. yun nga lang kagaya ng sabi ng iba, its a matter of family problem ang meron siya. pero as a friend, stand by her all the time at tulungan mo siya in some other ways.

If it starts interfering greatly with her daily life, and if she starts having suicidal thoughts...
maybe you could talk to her into seeing a psychiatrist. medyo mahirap lang mag convince ng tao na mag consult, though. Samahan mo sya, if needed.
depression and substance abuse are really big problems.
