It's not just about the specs of the guy, he could be good looking, intelligent and successful, I still won't be attracted if he does not have my respect. So far I have not seen anything negative with crush, in fact I love him more each day (that sounds like a song)

Yes, my AVP boss literally says that he has a daughter na kindergarten at work (ME) hahaha! Technically same level na kami sa org because we report to the same person but until now I still call him boss :P

I am just using the word alpha basta a guy with strong character, decisive, protective and in charge.
