Just lay down all your cards to him and be honest about it. As you've said, he did everything for you, so show him you overlooked at it and now you've proven to your self his the one. I agree with test comment that men do sometimes pa hard to get but there's always a soft spot in there and aim for it. If all things fail(which i hope not), then move on. After all, dami namin dito sa tsikot to cheer you up always.

Oh, before anything. Use a common friend that can bridge the gap. Get info from this friend if there's still fire left in him for you. Use this friend to help in convincing him that your really sorry and create some sad story that you can't eat & sleep, loosing weight just thinking about him and how you've suffered missing him.
