Their oil has decent API ratings, though they do not carry the API star logo.

At least there diesel oil is API CJ-4 vs most lower dollar oils in the Philippines being just CF rated also with some having a total base number of 10 looks pretty good.

Their automotive oil also looks good from a rating standpoint.

That was the place where I bought the 6liter can of the ZIC semi-synthetic diesel engine for P1200. Used it twice and felt that the engine is more quiet than before. But when it's time for next oil change, no more stock of the 6liter can. The only available is the 20 liter pail.

So I've changed to ELF 15W/50 competition semi-synthetic. This is even cheaper * P180/liter!

i have been looking for ELF oil but found non within downtown Manila area. where were you able to find ELF oils? and its cheap at 180 pesos per liter. last time i bought ELF trophy DX (mineral) at banawe, it was P200/liter.

i found this seller from sulit.com. meron sya ZIC RV diesel full synthetic for P200 o P220 yata. but i tried his ELF 15W/50 kasi mas viscous ito.

kung eastern part ka like marikina, or katipunan free delivery pa.

Wala sir on-line store. Just bought from him today 7 liters of ELF competition for my next oil change.

Yung nagamit ko na ZIC ay yung 5000 POWER semi-synthetic oil. OK naman .

As for the oil sludge meron yata talagang problem yun sa Altis model.

sir I Bought zic oil synthetic diesel 10w 40... at 160 petot per liter lang.... wala silang 6liter packaging kaya pinagdala nila ako ng lalagyan... i bought it sa may mindanao ave. cor. congressional besides mercury...

maybe a bit OT, but had a talk with a chief mechanic of a tractor dealer here in our area. the preferred API service classification for use on turbocharged diesels is the CF-4. that's what the tractor supplier told them (mechanic). and among the big 3 petroleum companies here in Phil, Delo is the best. I'm still waiting for the official oil test results from the mechanic.

Ano ba cheaper zic oil kase hardly reach 5K km a yr si monty, meron ba sya mineral type? para hindi masayang if every 8 months OCI regardless di umabot sa 5K mileage.
