    1997 Corolla.. it has an OBD-IIA feature. so pag may CEL (Check Engine Light) kailangan talagang i-scan w/ a OBD-II scanner. also, wag na wag pundihin ang bulb para sa CEL. importante kasi yun.

    also, all cars from 1979-present.. has a modern ECU (Engine Control Unit) or PCM (Powertrain Control Module).. ECM (Engine Control Module).. etc. basta't Fuel Injected and makina, may ECU.

    Thanks for the suggestions! Everybody's well appreciated. I'll have it checked sa Toyota Service Center within the next few days! One odd thing with the car's CEL problem is that it only lights up after driving for a few minutes (and it stays on, until huminto na ako). Anyway, as what most of you suggested, I'll have it check by credible mechanic. Will post their diagnosis just in case some other people experience the same thing.
