hmmm i have used a 2LT engine on my jeep...galing nito super bilis kasi maliit lang kaha ng jeep ko...nakikipagsabayan sa civic esi sa stop light

kaya lang the downside mabilis mag init...hehe

and the other one with the E yung 2LT - E the one with the computer box yun yung sa LC70..... na pahirapan daw ang computer box nito

sir, yan din ang makina ng hilux ko. lakas ng hatak, great for city driving and long drives, no overheating, even at sustained speeds of 100 - 120. Sa akyatan, ok rin.

sir jeepcruizerph::: any mods on your engine?

according to cong obet, medyo problematic ang 2LT especially yung nasa PRADO/BUNDERA/Landcruiser ii

possible cause nun overheat mo are 2 things, first bka nakakabit pa yun THERMOSTAT sa water spout mo, 2nd if you already experienced overheat b4 even once there's enough reason to suspect that you blew your Cylinder Head Gaskets... Nag overheat yun isa coz my driver 4got to return the radiator cap then yun na... every other day nag ooverheat. When i had it checked sa Mech ko, busted yun cyl head gasket. Chek mo din radiator mo bka puro kalawang na, and at least 3 to 4 rows if possible yun. If you're using aircon dapat may auxillary fan installed also.

Problema nga 2L-T engine cylinder head, madali mag overheat tapos nabebengkong ang cylinder head. We had 3 cases na ganyan, from subic landcruisers and hi ace.
