    guys, totoo ba na yung 10-40W ay pang gas engine at ang 15-40W is for diesel engines? Got 4yrs old Innova Diesel pala. Need to change oil na after 5K km. thanks.

    bongliza, nope... i'm using 15-40W (exxonmobil) also on my gas engine fed innova.
    you can find engine oils also that can be used for both diesel/gas engines.
    just ensure to use the manual recommended engine oil type for your ride for peace of mind.

    mukhang di yata nagagamit ang innova mo bro - 5K km only for 4 yrs?

    I don't think it is. What I understand is he already run 5k km after he bought the ride. Tama ba?

    bongliza, both the 10w40 and 15w40 are diesel rated. so you can use either. we normally use the 15w40 though.

    Gumusut_Amige, for your gas engine you can consider using a 10w30 oil for better fuel consumption.

    migs, 5w-30 and 10w-30 viscosities are rated for gas engines exept if it is inddicated on the manual of a diesel engine right? just like the trooper.


    ano ba cons kapag nilagyan ng 5w-30 lets say a used isuzu 4ja1?

    s_quilicot, you'll have no problems using those viscosities since that is what is recommended by the engine. no need to worry about it.

    leinahtan, try to contact jay 09196155719. he has an uncle somewhere in laguna that carries RP in his gas station kung di ako nagkakamali.

    Finally naka bili na rin me ng RP OIL sa Shaw.... Next time transmission oil naman kaso medyo mahal... wala ba tawad un pagtsikot member hahahah ...
    Okey naman naging result ng change oil ko.. Lakas Hatak ng engine and smooth ung driving ko pati shifting na rin suwabe.... Sarap talagA!
    Sa FC naman medyo di ko ma monitor e sira gauge ko.... Over all result is Sulit pera ko!

    P.s.
    Sir may marerecommend po ba kau na monotubeshock... I have 12k need ko po 4pcs. na shock... I dont know kac ung magandang brand at medyo mura and quality shock... thanks...

    Tatchest, i'm glad you're happy with the oil! what car is the shock for? medyo mahihirapan ka to get monotubes. most of the ones in the market are twin tube designs. only the really expensive coilovers come in monotubes.

    galing ako ke sir migs last saturday, eto masasabi ko...

    sir migs, salamat sa pagchange oil nyo sa pajero ko last saturday ah! satisfied ako sa service nyo at ikaw mismo! thumbs up for you. also thumbs up din sa royal purple oil! mas maganda ang response ng engine ko, mas maganda humatak, hindi hirap ang engine ko compared before, also, temperature, bumaba ng 1 guhit!

    ei sir migs, pwede pa-quote ako? magkano change oil sa inyo ng auto tranny, as in yung drain lahat, hindi yung 4 liters lang ng atf? para mapagipunan ko na, salamat ulit sir!
