Royal Purple Oil

Is there a Royal Purple oil variant that's not synthetic ? or should i use regular oils (Mobil 1 etc) before my 10,000km checkup ? would this rule still apply to turbo charged engines ?

Sir speedyfix ask ko lang kung maganda ba para sa vios 1.3 yung royal purple? Kasi yung oil na gamit ko ngaun eh mobil 1 0w-40. 65,000 km na yung mileage 3yrs old na yung vios ko and balak ko na ipa change oil.

Kasing tagal din ba siya ng mobil 1 na kahit after 10,000 km na ako mag palit?

xzrzx, nope... RP only makes synthetic lubricants. on diesels use mineral oil till around 15k kms before switching to full syn.

Gerbo, nope, none as of yet. sorry. dealer inquiries are welcome though.

brily18, you can go 10w30 on the vios without problems naman. yup i year din palit or 10k kms

D15B, we can but it will have to be a pretty big order kung pwede para hindi sayang yung shipping cost. you might also have to pick it up sa pier since hindi tumatangap ng oil/lubricants yung mga door to door companies

In case you're not around when I'm there...
I have an 89 Mitsubishi Pajero 4x4 with 4G54 engine and also use LPG (most of the time).

Which RP oil visco do you recommend I use (daily drive) and which gear oil I use as well...from your old posts from another site you recommend the Max Gear does this still hold true?

What other RP oil products can I use aside from above...like for the transfer case, diffs?

Tatchest, you can try the 10w30 or 10w40 oil. you can try contacting jay at 09196155719 for info on who carries it in the south.

devgru, i suggest using the 10w40 viscosity. yup the max gear will still be best for the tranny, rear diff and transfer case. you can also use our Max EZ power steering fluid and purple ice radiator additive

balak ko sanang lagyan ang e150 namin. mga ilang bottles kaya?

yup pwede sa reservoir ilagay buy you'll have to drain some to make room for it. 16 oz yung bottle and for the e150 i'd use the whole bottle

auto ko is pajero na 2.8, subic type. nagchange oil po ako last april po sa casa. mineral oil ang pinalagay ko. ngayon po eh plan ko itry yung RP oil. eh nakaka 5k kms na po sya as of this moment po. ok lang po ba na magswitch na ko agad sa fully synthetic oil or should I wait for a few more km's? tapos next question ko po eh may RP dealer ba around bulacan, para naman po hindi na ko dadayo ng manila para lang makakuha ng RP. thanks po in advance sir speedy

hi, pag mineral oil on a diesel, 5k kms is the max you should do. it's ok to switch to full syn naman right away.

FWC, for the xpr lineup it should be around 5k lang if you drive the car hard

s_quilicot, yup it does. the waterpump circulates the water/coolant and it'll eventually mix with the coolant in the overflow tank.
