hello, question po. pwede po ba yung drain oil lang then replace with royal purple? kaka replace pa lang po kasi ng oil fiter ko. nagpa 5K PM po kasi ako sa toyota pero hindi nila pinalitan yung oil since nung 1K PM ko eh nagpalagay ako ng synthetic na oil (amalie yung ginamit nila)

worry ko po kasi kapag pinalitan ko yung filter na nilagay ng toyota eh malaman nila na nagpaservice ako ng oto aside from casa which could void my waranty

for that milage use any 30 weight oil you can. 5w30 or 10w30 should be ok.

could you recommend oil for my 2007 honda city M/T (1.3 IDSI). mileage is 38,000Km. Im using 15W-40 right now.

use either 5w30 or 10w30. with RP replace it every 10,000 kms or once a year whatever comes first.

BTT: currently at 30k.. bilis ng panahon... 5k na lang then gastos nanaman.. hahaha.. going to have royal purple ulit for my engine oil. tapos tranny and differential oils din with royal purple.

15W-50 yung ginamit nila sa altis ko. ang lapot sobra eh. dunno if its because asa break-in period pa yung oto.

sa rp, nirecommend ni sir migs na gamitin ko yung 10W-30. ok naman engine ko.

jimbooze, any 50 weight oil is too thick for most modern cars unless they specifically need it. most regular cars will perform well with the thinner viscosity oil lalo na kung bagong bago. most dealers don't recommend this because they don't have it even if looking at the service manual specifically recommends it.

onga eh hindi ko talaga alam kung bakit yung 50 yung ginamit nila. next pm ko i'll ask for a thinner weight of oil.

yeah, thickest should be a 40 weight. pero better 30

Mag 30kms na sya? Punta ako this week sa shop nyo. Can i use also r.p. oil for may auto tranny?

kung 30k kms palang then ok to use a 10w30 oil. for your atf, RP's max atf is perfect.

at 60,000 kms you can still use a 10w30.

It really depends on the car. With a Honda, 5w30 or 10w30 will be perfect.
I have a Chevy with over 100,000 kms and I am using 5w30. No leaks car runs fine. Suspension needs lots of work but the engine is still running great. Been using RP on it for over 30,000 kms. Started using RP on it on Dec 2007.
