Remote bypass oil filtration

Starex D4CB crdi has the same filter thread size as that of Mitsu 4D56, 4m40 and 4M41 which is M26 X 1.5. So Baldwin BD28 (combo filter) is compatible. The Hyundai OEM filter is only full flow so BD28 (full flow + bypass) is one step better in oil filtration.

Since BD28 is hard to find, I use Bosch OM 084 and change it every 5K km since the efficiency rating is not available (just to be safe). However, I change my oil (Caltex Delo Gold Ultra 15W-40) every 10K km.

CMIIW, but both Starex crdi (non-vgt) and crdi vgt share the same D4CB engine configuration so they have the same thread filter size. They only differ in the turbo design.

Thanks lolo pepe, I guess a full flow filter with the same thread specs will do for the GS. I wonder which one in Fleetguard or baldwin has the same thread size ... ? hmmmm

Baldwin B7014 and B7045 as well as Fleetguard LF3689 are full flow oil filters that have the same thread size. (Reference: Sir Ry_Tower's post #2556.)

LF3830 is also full flow but a bit bigger than BD28/LF3564.

P390 lang ata afaik. Mas mura yung OM 036 na kasing-laki ng BD28. P350 siya. Yun puwede na rin.

I was able to acore the BT223 Baldwin oil filter at volmax for my Toyota Altis but I couldnt seem to find the Product code for the fuel filter. Anyone who knows the product code for Baldwin? I just want to check if Volmax has stock as well.

Tried that before but you'll need the part number to do so --which I dont have. I tried the js filter.com website as well but it doesnt have a reference number for fuel filters for the altis.

already used the 2 for the idsi city and civic EK. pwede pareho mas mahaba lang yung b1402 at mas mahal. 390 ata ito.

mas mura yung b179 less than 300 lang yata kaya mas ginagamit ko ito lately for the EK.
