On the way, Probably here in Aug.

Baldwin makes the best fuel filters hands down. They use the BF7535 and BF7533

Oh you want a CAV filter then. Berrima diesel sell a adapter that lets you turn your stock fuel filter housing into a CAV filter. The elements themselves like Baldwin and Fleetguard are cheap and they are 2 microns. It's a simple spin on adapter they have it for your engine. They are a little bit messier to change but the filter great. I'm happy with the Baldwin's 5 micron rating so I am just going to stick with it since I have so dang many filters for my ride.

I don't know the cost of the set up you will need to email them. But the filters you can get for like 200P each.

    http://www.diesel.asia/filtration.html

There is not a spin on for your thread patter to directly replace the OEM filter with one with a glass bowl you will always need a adapter.

    Yes.

You can replace your stock filter with one but you have to get a filter head with a primer. Or you can run it inline before the factory filter.

Doc, did your LF3564 come with shrink wrap? By the looks of it, if it came with the box then probably no shrink wrap. Does it have the julian date on top?

Also, some filters from Fleetguard (ie. LF3665) and even after perusing on their website's 3D model spin, does not have the printed country of origin on the side.

    Silly question: Does " Lube Spin-on " and " Full-Flow Lube Spin-on " mean the same thing ?

Yes mine came wrapped in plastic. Sometimes you will find one that someone has taken it off. And yes mine has a julian date at the top. That's how I tracked down when and where it was made. The one from Argentina is the newer one mine are like 8 year old. I think yours might be stratapore media and note microglass. I'm going to call Fleetguard tomorrow and find out. Mine also did not have a country of origin on them that's why I used the code to find out where it was made. With a fake you won't be able to do that.

Same thing. The only time it won't be a full flow is if it says dual flow or bypass.

I have seen fuel/water separator in genset. Could this also be placed in car engine before the fuel filter?

Poor filtration from unknown china-made genset. You would be better off buying quality replacement filters IMO.
