May i also add our experience with one Gas station in Metro Manila, After filling my friend starex diesel tank we started to drive may na notice sya sa front panel, sabi nya unusual since bago pa yung sasakyan we check the manual then yun pala ay warning nang sedimentor, " may halong tubig yung diesel" we go back to station to complain pero sabi ng manager di raw contaminated yung diesel nila, we decided to call na lang yung support ng car dealers they send a mechanic to change filter and pump some water nag confirm yung mechanic na may water nga. So we go back to gas station with the mechanic, sabi nung manager mag iimbistigate daw sila. Pero ok naman daw yung mga jeep na nag kakarga wala naman daw complain na naririnig.

"such a case like this consumer are helpless sa mga dealers kasi parang ang hirap ma established yung facts na nasa kanila yung problema" Sino ba reliable agency na dapat lapitan nang ganitong problem.

Sorry, But I cannot mention the name of Gas station kasi nga wala kaming ebidensya...Maliban dun sa Diesel na galing sa kanila.
